Many clients come to me with the same symptoms —
neck pain, dizziness, nausea, blurred vision, and even facial swelling.
Some feel anxious and stressed without knowing why.

After a detailed assessment, one thing often stands out:
hours of looking down at the phone every day.

This constant posture causes the neck and shoulder muscles — especially around C2–C4 and T1–T4 — to become tight and locked,
