20 years ago today I had a very difficult c-section and out came this one after 34 weeks of cooking! These photos were took on our recent visit to Edinburgh. I love that I have a kind, intelligent, compassionate, articulate, creative, eccentric son who also loves to travel with his mum. My doctor actually wrote a paper on my pregnancy because it was really something considering my medical history so Jed was meant to be written about and I certainly see it in the cards for his future! He’s a budding music producer and voice actor! Happy birthday Jedidiah you are loved by so many folks! PS Jed really loves this song !

Anybody else check their cacao cup after drinking to see what messages might be revealed? Today I have some beautiful fungi friends, I also happen to be wearing my mushroom dungarees today and I’ve been thinking about my next visit to the shroom realm over the last 2 days. Mother cacao always gives us some direction and encouragement. What’s been in your cup recently?

Today’s personal cacao ceremony on the third quarter moon…
this is a time for reflection, rest, release and forgiveness. One of the things I’m guilty of is delaying myself by procrastinating when I could be creating something magical.
As someone who gets chronic pain and fatigue on top of a very stimulated always switched on thinking brain it’s really hard to balance resting with creating.
Today I’m forgiving myself for being mad at myself when I think I’ve “wasted” time sitting and doing nothing productive. Rest is productive. Rest gives us space to recharge. The frustration only feeds the guilt. If I believe in divine timing then surely everything will be as it should anyway and no matter how much I do it won’t make that much difference to the outcome.
I’ve already resigned myself to a slower pace of life after a very challenging journey so far with illness since childhood, major care responsibilities for over 10 years, bereavement and lots of other life BS. One thing that comes with having limited energy sometimes is making sure you cram a little bit of what you absolutely love into everyday - hence why I drink cacao almost everyday 🤣

A strange thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago …
On the same day I received an email in my inbox from Reform and Britain First… I never subscribed to these emails. Obviously I unsubscribed immediately then blocked but I felt sick. I do not want to be associated with these organisations. All I could think was that someone had subscribed me - my work email address is readily available on the internet. I’m curious to know if anyone else has had similar happen to them?
It’s illegal in the UK to subscribe using someone else’s email without their consent and this was obviously done with malicious intent. Well har de har - what a pathetic use of time for someone, reminds me of the person that keeps putting up Charlie Kirk posters locally 😳??
If you want to see change then be charitable. Change yourself first. Change your negative mindset, your bad attitude, your limited views. Educate yourself with books and research papers rather than news/ tabloids or social media which will certainly be steering you with an agenda to cause division and spread misinformation. Learn to recognise “spin”, “propaganda”, “bots” and “AI”. Stop looking up to influencers and gurus, know yourself. Align yourself with projects and people that spread joy, fairness, happiness and peace.
I’m happy, I’m happy and contented with my rainbow friends, my disabled, neurodivergent friends, my multi-cultural, multi-faith friends. I don’t need to fight demons everyday, I don’t act from a place of fear I walk with a presence of love.
I won’t be arguing with anybody in the comments over politics my time is precious, I’m off to create 🩷
Also adding that I’m sending my thoughts to Manchester 🙏🐝
