Satyam Yoga Derby is a yoga studio that offers a range of yoga styles including: Yogabeats Stylie, Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Candle Lit Yoga and Gentle Beginners Yoga. The studio is a warm, friendly and calming place in which to exercise and find peace and tranquility, surrounded by like minded people who make up a kind and caring community in which to thrive and find your centre.

Back to home in UK such a soul enriching trip to teach Satyam yoga 2025!! A wonderful group of souls open to learn and grow!
It was joyous and I had plenty of time to reflect, the beauty is that you hold space for others and there are huge shifts within, I had chance and time to explore this authentic island further , and it just holds you and keeps giving.
I’ve come back with peace and joy in my heart! Lots of love Smita xx

And it’s a wrap for Satyam Yoga Retreat 2025! A week of deep immersion into the 5 Koshas, lots of inner work!! Thank you to the beautiful souls who entrust me to do this work with them, for their openness and willingness to learn and grow.

Satyam Yoga Retreat Symi in full swing!! With wonderful food with our very own Kostas .cafe and hospitality and wonderful rooms at !!
We are studying the 5 Koshas and how we imitate and actually achieve connection to our inner light and core…A lovely group of Divine Goddesses, so grateful 🙏🕉☮️❤️

My close friends and family call me a doll!! And seriously I stayed in a dolls house in Rhodes before heading to Symi!! For Satyam Yoga Retreat 2025!!! So excited!!! I was so looked after by Barbara and Alex Rodos!!! Meeting heartfelt souls a dream come true!! Blessed xx

It’s all flowing through on an auspicious day of celebration of Ganesha and my lates father’s birthday!! Whilst in Canada with my younger sister!!! How divinely aligned!!!
So looking forward to teaching, sharing and learning on Satyam Yoga Retreat in Symi Greece! Second Retreat of 2025!!! My trip to Vancouver BC blessed to be with my sister, my BIL and gorgeous nephew!! A beautiful country full of nature and flow! The best day ever at Horseshoe Bay, Whistler and Porteaux Bay! Most of all being with loved ones who celebrate you and honour you!!! So blessed … May abundance flow for all! Aum Shanti 🙏🕉❤️☮️🥰
