Old, young, male, female, you’re welcome in the pod.
💜 You absolutely do not have to be flexible.
So many people get in touch asking whether they will be ok in a class as they’re not bendy, you will be fine.
💜 It doesn’t matter if you’re not dressed top to toe in the latest fit.
Wear an old pair of leggings and a vest top, a t shirt and shorts. We don’t care whether it’s the latest “it” brand or you got it from Tesco a decade ago. Just don’t wrap up too warm or you’ll regret it.
💜 Nobody will be looking at you.
The pod is dimly lit, there are no mirrors and everyone is concentrating on themselves.
💜 You’d be mad not to bring a bottle of water.
You’ll need to take regular sips during the class to keep hydrated.
💜 You may not find your favourite class first - so try them all!
