We would like to inform you that, due to a recent increase in rental costs, there will be a £5 increase applied to all our services starting from the 1st November

This adjustment is necessary to help us continue operating from our current location and maintaining the standard of care you’ve come to expect from us.

Introducing Kaye – Our New Sports Massage / Deep Tissue & Therapeutic Massage Therapist

We’re excited to welcome Kaye to our clinic! With over 20 years of experience, Kaye Specialises in Sports massage and Deep Tissue Massage, Kaye is dedicated to helping clients to overcome the physical challenges they face in their daily routines, work, and sports activities enabling them to perform at their best both professionally and athletically.

Kaye’s approach is rooted in her passion for health and fitness. She is driven to help people feel their best, whether it’s recovering from an injury or simply easing the aches that come with a busy lifestyle. Her goal is always to encourage clients to reach their full potential, both physically and mentally.

When she’s not at the clinic, Kaye stays active with regular gym workouts, running 10k’s and half marathons, and walking her dog daily. She’s also cycled long distances for fun in the past – a true testament to her love of movement and fitness!
