As part of our Education Experience packages, held at St. George's Park, the home of England football, your learners can choose the option to get a behind the scene look into what it is like to have a 'day in the life of a footballer'.

For one, our pitch-based conditioning workshops allow your players or students to understand how to develop their energy systems without the boring approach of running laps.

We’re proud to have three of our leading practitioners from P3RFORM presenting on the night:
