Tibb an Nabbawi is the Prophetic way of treating illness and disease. The Tabeeb (doctor) helps the patient to strenghten their Yaqeen & Tawakkal on Allah (swt) by helping them to focus on their Amaal e Salihaat; and through Sab'r & Shuk'r. Through the combination of foods and herbs such as honey, vinegar, black seed, figs, dates, olive oil etc as mentioned in the holy Quran and recommended by Nabi Mohammed (peace and blessings be upon Him). Hijama - cupping therapy. The Tabeeb uses a range of Sunnah based therapies such as Islamic Counselling, Dhikr Therapy, Islamic Mediation, Gentle Exercise, Massage etc for healing and shifa.
