A symbol of potential and new beginnings at this autumnal time of change and transition.

A period in the year for celebrating achievement before shedding the old in preparation for new growth; getting ready to drop into the darkness and a season of inner reflection and transformation.

Sowing the seeds of my exciting new venture.

Something I’ve been laying the ground for over the last couple of years.

Slowly but surely it’s been coming into existence without knowing exactly what ‘it’ would be.

What is now developing has recently come about unexpectedly but fits a vision I’ve long held since before I trained as a psychotherapist.

It’s been an exciting creative process following my dream but a scary one too that’s had me digging very deep into my psyche at times.

That digging has been laying the foundations of what’s to come.
