🌿✨ WOW… what a truly magical Sofa2Stroll+ morning! ✨🌿

Our wonderful strollers were incredibly lucky today when we were unexpectedly invited into the private “Secret Walled Garden” at Elvaston Castle and Gardens Trust 💚

A huge thank you to the kind and passionate Warden and the amazing team of volunteers who welcomed us in with smiles ….(new volunteers always welcome there if you have some spare time)

We felt like absolute VIPs as we were shown around, hearing about the beautiful restoration work, the rich history, and the exciting future plans for this very special space. 🌸🌿

It was such a privilege to witness the care, dedication, and pride that goes into nurturing this incredible environment … truly inspiring.

Moments like this remind us just how energising and healing nature can be… especially when shared with such a warm and supportive community.

We finished our stroll with uplifting conversations, new friendships, and lighter, brighter spirits. ✨

Already looking forward to the next one… 🌿💫

🌿✨ A Truly Magical Morning at Elvaston Castle ✨🌿

It was so inspiring to see so many wonderful people join us today for our Sofa2Stroll+ walk at Elvaston Castle Country Park, all bathed in glorious sunshine. 🌞💚

We were especially delighted to welcome some of our lovely regulars from Straws Bridge Nature Reserve …a beautiful coming together of familiar and new faces, all sharing the same intention: to slow down, connect, and enjoy the moment. 🌿

Together, we wandered gently beneath the trees, surrounded by birdsong and the easy rhythm of friendly conversation. There was something truly special in the air …a sense of calm, connection, and quiet joy that only nature can bring. 🕊️🍃

What a fabulous mid-morning reset for both body and mind… a reminder that sometimes, all we need is a little sunshine, good company, and a gentle step forward. 🌸✨

🌿 A Beautiful Springtime Sofa2Stroll+ Morning 🌞🌸

We felt incredibly grateful on our Sofa2Stroll+ walk today … a warm, sunny spring day filled with fresh energy, new buds emerging, and the gorgeous scent of blossom gently drifting through the air. 💚🌼

It was lovely to welcome new faces alongside our regular strollers, sharing gentle steps, useful knowledge, friendly conversations, and truly embracing the healing power of nature all around us.

There was laughter, connection, and that wonderful sense of being fully present in the moment together. 🌿✨ (& we made friends with the locals 🦢🪿🦆)

By the end, we all left feeling uplifted, refreshed, and ready to step into the rest of the day with brighter smiles and lighter hearts. 💫

We are looking forward to more sunshine for our next Sofa2Stroll+ walk this Thursday in Elvaston Castle Country Park at 10.30am… see you there 🌱

🌿 A Morning of Simple Joy on Our Sofa2Stroll+ Walk 🌼

We felt super lucky on our Sofa2Stroll+ walk this morning … dry skies, carpets of beautiful snowdrops, and the kind of joyful conversations that lift the spirit. 💚

There was laughter, a little playful splashing in puddles, and that wonderful feeling of being fully present together in nature.

By the end, we all felt uplifted, energised, and ready to step into the rest of the day with brighter smiles and lighter hearts. 🌿✨

Sometimes it really is the simplest moments that make the biggest difference.

🌿Sunny Stroll Filled with Connection and Joy 🌞

We had such a wonderful Sofa2Stroll+ today, with bright sunshine and some lovely new faces joining our regular walkers. Although it was a little chilly and muddy underfoot, the cheerful birdsong, warm conversations, and the sheer beauty of nature all around us truly lifted the morning. 🍃🕊️

We finished in the best possible way … with a cosy hot drink in the nearby café, plenty of laughter, and that heart-warming feeling that comes from sharing both new and familiar connections. 💚☕

Moments like these remind us that even the simplest stroll can leave us feeling energised, uplifted, and more connected … to nature and to each other. 🌿✨
