Find your way into movement, breath, and calm
If youโve been thinking about trying yoga but donโt know where to startโฆ this is for you.
This class is a gentle introduction to yoga, designed to help you build confidence, understand the foundations, and reconnect with your body in a supportive, relaxed space.
Weโll move slowly and intentionally, exploring simple postures, breathing techniques, and moments of stillness - so you can learn at your own pace, without pressure.
๐Thereโs no need to be flexible or experienced. Just come as you are.
In this class, youโll:
โจ Learn the basics of yoga in a clear, accessible way
โจ Build strength, mobility, and body awareness
โจ Develop confidence in movement and breath
โจ Take time to slow down and reset your nervous system

But please note, your yoga practice is non-judgemental. If youโre unable to attend every class - just come when you can, do what feels right for your body, and know youโre always welcome exactly as you are. Classes can be purchased individually.
