Weโ€™ll move slowly and intentionally, exploring simple postures, breathing techniques, and moments of stillness - so you can learn at your own pace, without pressure.

And a gentle reminder to take time to reflectโ€ฆ and also eat the chocolate ๐Ÿซ (as if you needed permission).

Life isnโ€™t all pastel colours and perfect moments. Itโ€™s busy, unpredictable, sometimes a bit heavy. There are days youโ€™re thrivingโ€ฆ and days youโ€™re just getting through, and both count.

Thatโ€™s why I love this time of year. Itโ€™s a gentle nudge to pause, breathe, and take stock. To appreciate how far youโ€™ve come, even if it doesnโ€™t feel like much.

And if reflection feels a bit deep todayโ€ฆ thatโ€™s okay too. Thatโ€™s where the chocolate comes in.

A little balance: a bit of honesty about life, a bit of hope for whatโ€™s ahead, and a decent amount of snacks in between.

Be kind to yourself this Easter ~ youโ€™re doing better than you think ๐Ÿค๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿฐ
