Full bowl of salad with 2 salt & pepper quorn sliced pieces and a zig zag of light mayo!

The full quorn tenders are are 2.5 swips each and were deliciously tasty! Breaking them up into pieces made it feel like I’d got more food to eat! 🤭 ❤️

A huge thank you to Michelle Sims Human and Equine Sports Massage Therapy and Rehabilitation, a brilliant local sports massage therapist, for meeting with me at Park Farm, Allestree, today. 😊

Really pleased to have connected, exchanged numbers, leaflets and ideas!

I’m also really excited to announce that I’ll soon be raffling off some gift vouchers for massages with Michelle in my Tuesday morning Slimming World group at the Allestree Club. ❤️

Two of my key aims are to support and work with local businesses and to encourage real self-care and looking after ourselves.
