I met a very inspirational lady recently and she said something that has resonated with me: “be uncomfortable to get comfortable”. ❤️

I hate this before photo… but that’s exactly why I’m sharing it, to become more comfortable with the uncomfortable reality that this was once me.

Before joining Slimming World, I wasn’t looking after myself at all. I was struggling to exercise, I had zero motivation, my eating habits were beyond unhealthy, I wore baggy clothes that I hated, and my mental state was horrendous.

But fast forward a year, I am so proud to say that I have now maintained my target weight for ONE WHOLE YEAR, which means I’ve now achieved Diamond Member status with Slimming World! 💎

Maintaining my target weight for a full year means so much more to me than a number on the scales: it represents a year of a healthier and happier version of me. ❤️

I’ve built healthier habits, confidence & self-esteem, I exercise frequently, I’m happy, and I wear clothes I feel good in. 🥰

And that’s why I’m so passionate about supporting others now too. Because I know how life-changing this journey can be!❤️

I’ve finished today on 14 SWIPS, including having this full bag of crisps all to myself (enjoyed them thoroughly), had all my healthy extras and have made sure to fill up on free foods! 🥳
