✨ Our Last Baby Massage & Milestones Class of the Year ✨

Today we wrapped up our final class of 2025, and what a truly magical Christmas session it was! 💙🎄

We enjoyed lots of festive sensory play, and captured precious memories with our wonderful photographer, Sarah Smith Photography. The babies were absolute stars! 🌟

One of my favourite parts was creating our special Christmas baubles — such a beautiful keepsake for your little one’s first festive season. 🎁💫

✨ Mindful Mini Adventure Club – Yesterday’s Session ✨

Yesterday we explored the beautiful book “The Invisible String.”

We talked about our very own invisible strings and all the special people we feel connected to — even when we can’t see them. 💕

The children enjoyed some relaxing yoga, made their own string bracelets, and we ended with a calming back massage to help everyone feel grounded and loved.

Baby Massage and Milestones – Week 5 ✨

Today we completed our full baby massage routine with a gentle back massage perfect for tummy time – such a lovely way to support strength, relaxation, and bonding. 💆‍♀️💙

We had so much fun bouncing and rolling on the yoga ball too.

Our sensory play theme was ‘Things That Move’ and the babies loved exploring:
🚗 Little cars
⚽ Balls
📚 Things that move books
🎶 Instruments
💧 And the water mat!

Such a beautiful session full of connection, discovery, and smiles. 🌈

✨ Next week is our final session of the year, and I can’t wait to celebrate all your little ones’ progress!

Yesterday’s session was so much fun as our adventurers explored the story “Giraffes Can’t Dance” and discovered how brave it is to try new things — even when they feel tricky at first. 🦒💛

We talked about emotions, confidence and resilience, enjoyed puppets and storytelling, expressed ourselves with colourful scarf movements, and relaxed with soothing massage and gentle yoga. 🌿✨

We finished with our stretchy band feelings activity, helping children recognise and communicate their emotions in a fun, supportive way. 🌈

Every week, Mindful Mini Adventures helps little ones build confidence, develop emotional awareness, and enjoy mindful movement through stories, play and connection. 💕
