BEIDS provides 24/7 Emergency Support for Horses, Riders and their Families

No one wants to be involved in a riding incident, but they do happen and thousands of times each week an ambulance is called to the scene of a riding accident. As a registered BEIDS rider, an ambulance crew will quickly be able to identify you, learn whether you have an allergy to penicillin or suffer with any other medical condition, which enables them deliver the appropriate treatment at the scene. It also ensures that your family are fully aware of your situation at the earliest opportunity. Similarly a BEIDS registered horse can be quickly reunited with its owner or stable after being found loose. BEIDS is a precaution worth taking and we recommend registration to all riders and their horses.
