Discover the NHS App - Free Support Session

We are holding an NHS App event on Monday, 24th of November 2025, between 10:00 - 12:00 to assist our patients with registrations, and guide you through using the NHS app.
The NHS app provides a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services including:
- Viewing your clinical record
- Ordering repeat medication
- Booking or cancelling your GP appointments
- View test results
- and much more

The NHS App can be downloaded on your smartphone or tablet, and many services are also accessible via a web browser.

We would love to see as many of you as possible! Come along to learn more, get hands-on support, and help us spread the
word about this useful tool.

The Link, at the Breckland Business Centre, brings a wide range of services under one roof, offering joined-up support across mental health, housing, employment and training, finance, and community services.

Anima Online Triage is now live and has replaced our previous AccuRx Online Triage system.

Access is the same – simply visit our website as usual.

📝 What’s changed? The form may look a little different and may ask slightly different questions.

💡 No need to worry – the new system is just as easy to use, and we are here to help if you need support filling out the form.

PATIENT NOTICE - Personalised Care Awareness Week

The Personalised Care Team support patients by empowering them to make meaningful changes, or access support, to positively impact their health and wellbeing.

Advance notice of Surgery closure - Wednesday 12th November 2025 - from 12pm noon to 6pm.

Telephone calls will be redirected to the out of hours service who will deal with any emergencies.

Please be aware you will not be able to collect any prescriptions after 12noon until the following day from 8.30am.

PATIENT INFORMATION - Government Emergency Alert

Important information about the upcoming Government Emergency Alert on Sunday 7th September.

On 3pm, Sunday 7th September, the UK Government will be testing the national Emergency Alerts system. This test will send a loud, 10-second alert to mobile phones across the country which will alert the user even if the phone is on silent.

The purpose of the system is to warn people about life-threatening emergencies such as extreme weather, fires, or public safety risks so they can take and stay safe.

However, domestic abuse charities have raised concerns that these alerts could potentially put people at risk.
