Welcome March 🌼🌷🪷🍄🌾🌻 I love the spring xx

I have lots happening this month , so kicking it all off is the first Soundbath of the month happening
Swanton Morley Village Hall this Tuesday evening at7pm

Some thing new this month I'm holding a soundbath The Cat House - Cat Lounge & Arts Centre - Norwich , something a bit different but lovely fun

Then on the 9th I'm at Brightside Wellbeing Events, Warriors Rest Yurt, Stalham Stalham Brightside Wellbeing Events, Warriors Rest Yurt, Stalham for our crystal healing and sound event
And the 9th also for yoga and sound

And back at the The Painted Barn Studio painted barn on 28th March

Also this month we have our wonderful Wellbeing Fayre happening on 21st march at swanton Morley village hall a wonderful fayre with over 30 stalls !

A lovely day had at Sally Collins Sound today ☺️
My day went a bit like this today
🎵 I went out to an elderly client who enjoyed a 90 min private Soundbath session her family had brought for her as a gift , feet up , chair back and she really enjoyed all the sounds and deep rest it brought along with pain relief 🙏

And then later
🎵 I was invited by a headteacher of a primary school to come and hold a soundbath for the teachers after school had finished , this was so lovely to hold this for these hard working ladies who totally enjoyed their first experience and the stillness and peace it bought for them to rest after their school day🙏☺️
A really lovely day today doing what I love , and sharing my sounds with everyone today and bringing my knowledge and presence to all involved xx

I've had some really lovely self care space for myself this last week and for me that has been attending a melt class , a yoga class , homeopathy appointment , myofascia release , time alone , time shopping , time for reading
All these small things really help to regulate us , recharge us and and keep some calm and balance
It made me think how soundbaths make you feel and that gorgeous floaty feeling afterwards n, that's your body saying ahhh thank you for making this space for me to be calm rested and at peace ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
