I hold regular group soundbaths and one to one sound healing sessions, I offer tuning fork massage also . sound therapy is a wonderful way to relax and de stress. it has many benefits for our well being including lowering blood pressure, helps improve sleep , induce a meditive state , helps with stress and anxiety. promotes cell growth and improves overall well being . I hold many different events including a one to one private session , group soundbaths , mbs fairs, pamper evenings , retreat days and events.
