You are invited into a ceremonial evening of profound restoration - a sacred journey where shamanic wisdom and somatic intelligence come together in powerful synergy for deep nervous system healing and transformation.

In this intimate gathering, we weave ancient shamanic practices (including  optional Rapéh Ceremony), with embodied somatic approaches to create a holistic pathway toward wholeness.

What makes Journey to Wholeness truly transformative is the conscious integration of these powerful modalities. Shamanic work expands consciousness and connects us to our higher guidance and energetic healing, while somatic practices like TRE® ground those insights directly into the physical body - anchoring spiritual experiences into the nervous system for true embodiment. Together, they form a sacred bridge between the unseen and the felt, between the conscious and unconscious, allowing healing to unfold on multiple levels at once: energetically, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

✨ Meet Breege ✨

I have been working with Breege on and off for a year. Breege is 77 years young and had 5 TRE®️one to one sessions in 2025, was enjoying the sessions and progressing really well.

Then came a further cancer diagnosis.
We stopped sessions in preparation for the upcoming treatments.

We have since resumed TRE®️ sessions but only after recovery and general energy levels had improved. We are moving at a slow pace, in alignment with the needs of Breege’s body and nervous system.

What Breege shared was that after a surgical procedure, she experienced shaking, also known as neurogenic tremors.
This can be a common experience - post surgery and is often attributed to the stress of anesthesia and the surgery itself.

Instead of feeling fear or trying to force the movements to stop, Breege allowed them. Using her breath and other tools that we learned, the shaking happened and came to a natural conclusion. Breege explained that she felt at peace after the body released this. It’s amazing what we can do when we have the knowledge and tools!

It has been an honour to walk part of this journey with you Breege and I am moved by your strength and resilience 🫶 You are a warrior!🙏

✨ ♾️ Regulate ♾️ with TRE®️ ✨

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Clarendon Medical, providing education and sharing simple, supportive tools to help us calm and regulate our nervous system.

Together we explored how to gently guide the body out of fight-or-flight and reconnect with a sense of safety and ease within.

It feels really encouraging to see doctors and medical centres opening up to approaches that can be used prior to or alongside medication - empowering people with practical ways to understand their bodies and support themselves more deeply.

This kind of integration feels like an important step forward - I truly feel that this is the future!!
