An Evening of Calm & Nervous System Reset

Join and Glynis Miller at for a deeply calming evening, designed to help your body release stress and return to balance.

We begin with a ♾️Regulate♾️ with TRE session, a gentle, trauma-informed practice that supports the nervous system to move from tension to calm.

Through meditation, grounding, guided somatic release, breath and simple body-based techniques, you’ll learn how to soften patterns of stress and reconnect with a sense of safety in your body.

Following this, Glynis Miller will guide you into a restorative sound bath, allowing the vibrations of crystal bowls and soothing tones to deepen relaxation and integration.

✨ Settle and regulate your nervous system
✨ Rest deeply in a safe, supportive space

This is a quiet, nourishing evening for anyone feeling overwhelmed, carrying tension, or simply needing time to reconnect and reset.

I never planned to be a therapist.
I had been living my life in chronic pain, mentally, physically and emotionally for a many years and sought ways to regulate my nervous system, ground, relax and release the pain and tension that I carried.

I have come really far over the past four years. The process has been really slow. Healing is not a switch but a journey. My pain is managed better but there are still areas that need work.

This weekend I received a treatment from .holisticliving and his very presence immediately created a sense of safety.

It is refreshing to witness such an embodied, strong yet gentle male, hold the space, never pushing or directing but allowing my body to unwind at its own pace, its own rhythm.

His awareness and grounded energy made it possible for me to access and move through deeper layers with trust, feeling safe 🫶.

I left feeling more looser and lighter, being held in such safety and compassion. I’m very grateful for the experience and the quality of the presence he brings to his work. 💫💫

I invite you to try a gentle, trauma‑aware breathing and grounding micro‑routine designed to ease tension and reset the nervous system.

Find a safe, comfortable seat or lie down. Close your eyes if that feels okay.

1) Soften your shoulders and place one hand on your belly.
Breathe in slowly for 4 counts, noticing the rise under your hand.
Breathe out for 6 counts, letting the body relax.
Repeat 4 times.

2) Shift attention to your feet.
Notice contact with the ground and the support beneath you.
Name one steady sensation (warmth, weight, texture).

3) Bring gentle curiosity to any urge to move or protect; respond with a small, kind adjustment - uncurl fingers, Release the jaw, change posture or rest your hands.
Continue with natural breaths for a minute.

This practice soothes the nervous system by engaging safe, longer exhales and grounding sensation.
You are allowed to pause, stop, or change the steps at any time.
