Fine Line Clinical is a doctor-led clinic in the north west of Ireland. Our focus is natural aesthetic treatments, with you, the patient, at the core of our practice. We listen to your needs and develop a treatment plan that quietly enhances your best features. Our doctor’s surgical background and passion for aesthetic medicine ensure that you receive safe, skilled, quality care every step of the way. Treatments are administered by Dr. Linda Simpson, who currently works with the National Health Service. She has worked within the NHS in various roles since 2000 and was awarded a primary Undergraduate degree BSc Honours and MSc from Queens University Belfast. Following this she obtained a further degree MBchB Medicine from the University of Glasgow. At Undergraduate Medicine level she completed elective training in Anaesthetic/ Critical care and Obstetric/ Gynaecological surgery. At Postgraduate foundation level Dr. Simpson completed training in anaesthetics, renal medicine, general medicine, general surgery, obstetrics/ gynaecology, general practice (GP) and is currently working towards completion of post-graduate Obstetric and Gynaecology training. Aesthetic medicine is a growing speciality and Dr Simpson teaches her skills to other aspiring practitioners. Medical education is her passion and she ensures each and every delegate is equipped with the skills to be safe practitioner. Our ethos is to provide outstanding service for all of our patients and delegates. In an under-regulated industry, patient safety is at the core of our practice. We implement high standards and that is reflected in our treatments, our clinicians, our products, our staff, and our training academy. We want you to feel your best, look your best and be the best.

Caroline brings over 10 years of experience in A&E nursing and 7 years in medical aesthetics to Fine Line Clinical.

Her background in emergency medicine means patient safety, clinical judgement and care are always at the centre of her work.

Caroline approaches aesthetics through a holistic lens, understanding that how we feel internally often reflects externally.

Alongside her medical expertise, she also integrates energy healing techniques into her work for patients who wish to explore a more balanced, mindful approach to wellbeing.

At Fine Line Clinical, we believe aesthetics is about health, confidence and authenticity.

1️⃣ Lower face / neck changes (often related to platysmal separation, herniation of sub-mental fat pad and skin laxity)
2️⃣ The under-eye area (caused by eye orbit - ‘socket’ getting bigger and fat pads shrinking and slipping downwards)
3️⃣ Upper lip lines (due to bone resorption in the ‘upper jaw’ - maxilla, overactive muscle surrounding lips - orbicularis oris, and loss of collagen in skin)

Our Story

‘Enhancing your natural features’

At Fine Clinical Cosmetics our mission is to deliver client specific results at affordable prices whilst maximising client satisfaction. Treatments are administered by Dr. Linda Simpson, who currently works with the National Health Service in NI having recently returned from working within the NHS in Scotland. She has worked within the NHS in various roles since 2000 and was awarded a primary Undergraduate degree BSc Honours and MSc from Queens University Belfast. Following this she obtained a further degree MBchB Medicine from the University of Glasgow. At Undergraduate Medicine level she completed elective training in Anaesthetic/ Critical care and Obstetric/ Gynaecological surgery. At Postgraduate foundation level Dr. Linda completed training in anaesthetics, renal, general medicine, general surgery, obstetrics/ gynaecology. Our treatments are delivered to clients on an individual basis. We offer face to face consultations where the treatment is discussed in length with no obligation to proceed.
