⭐️ The face behind our New Breast Scanning Service ⭐️
We are delighted to welcome Donna Kerlin to our team here at Ultrasound Scan Clinic 💞 To many of you Donna won't need an introduction, but to those who don't know her, Donna is the first NHS Consultant Radiographer within Northern Ireland who has been working in Altnagelvin Hospitals Breast Screening Unit since 2007 💫 She has worked as a Clinical Specialist and Deputy Superintendent before being appointed as Consultant 🎓 She has undertaken numerous roles such as Industrial Relations Representative, Health and Safety Representative and Quality Assurance Radiographer to name a few.
Donna has a wealth of experience and expertise to her name including being a registered assessor with the college of radiographers as well as being a committe member of the Northern Ireland Breast Special Interest Group 🎗
We are delighted to have Donna join us and offer her incredible expertise and services to those who require it 💓
Donna will also be offering cyst aspirations with this service when deemed clinically appropriate and with patient's consent. We want to emphasise we will not be offering a biopsy service however if this is deemed clinically appropriate, this will be discussed and advised upon during your appointment 📈
This service will commence Monday 03rd November and will run every second Monday thereafter so no patient should have to wait over 14 calendar days for an appointment 🗓
