We gather with our wounds, our heavy hearts, and the stories woven through our lineage. We bring the weight of what has been, and the echoes of those who came before us.

But we also gather with fire in our bellies.With intuition, deep knowing, and ancient wisdom.With creativity, connection, and the sacred energy that lives within our wombs.

There is something profoundly powerful that happens when women come together something that can only be truly felt and understood in that space. A compassion, a love, a remembering.

The divine feminine is rising within us all.

And I feel deeply called to hold space for sacred sisters, wisdom keepers, mystics, psychics, creators… for all women who feel the pull to gather, to be seen, and to belong.

Your inner child isn’t holding you back she’s just scared.

The anxious part of you, the worried part, the fearful part… that’s simply a younger version of you who once didn’t feel safe. And sometimes she still shows up when life asks you to step forward.

But she isn’t your enemy.

All she needs is your love.

Instead of pushing her away, put your arm around her. Tell her everything is okay. Bring her into the here and now with you. Let her know she’s not alone anymore.

Journey with her. Care for her. Protect her.

Give her the reassurance, safety, and love that maybe she didn’t receive at that age.

Because the truth is you are not broken, and you are not being held back by something outside of you.

It’s just a younger part of you asking to feel safe.

And when you nurture her, when you integrate her with compassion, something beautiful happens…

You move forward not by leaving her behind, but by walking together with love. 🤍

Today I honour the woman that I am.

I would not be the woman I am without the women who walked before me — my ancestors, the mothers, the daughters, the healers, the wise ones. The women who refused to stay hidden. The women who chose to be seen, to be powerful, to be spectacular in their truth.

Their courage flows through my blood.

Because of them, we rise.
And because we rise, the women who come after us — our daughters and the generations to come — will rise even higher.

The feminine within us is awakening.
We are no longer willing to be silenced, diminished, or cut away.

We are here to be seen.
We are here to be heard.
We are here to stand strong — together.

Today, and every day, I honour the sacred lineage of women.

Making little changes in my lovely sacred space so I can start welcoming clients back again very soon ✨

This room… I love the energy in here. It’s full of magic. Every tool, every spray, every crystal, every frequency holds intention. They all play a significant part in the work that flows through this space.

After time away — and with a little baby who is nearly one year old — I’ve had big shifts, big upgrades, big initiations.

I will only be opening appointments one day per week for now.
Motherhood is sacred. My soul’s calling is sacred.
And I am honouring both.

As much as I love being fully present with my daughter, this work is who I am. It isn’t just something I do. It’s woven into my being. And I am ready to begin again — gently, intentionally, powerfully.

And it’s not just one-to-one sessions…

I have beautiful workshops coming.
I am creating a sacred women’s circle.
There is a new frequency emerging through my work.
And I cannot wait to share it with you.

So much has changed in this time off. So much has deepened.

After many, many years as an energy healing practitioner, this work still blows me away time and time again.
My own healing journey included ✨🙌

When I walk through my own processes and use any energy healing modality, the results are profound. Truly. The power of it still leaves me in awe💖

I’ve had the honour of learning from and working with many incredible mentors, and of training in a range of healing modalities—Reiki, IET, kinesiology, emotional kinesiology, and shamanic practices. And honestly, I can’t say that any one is better than another. Each brings its own unique medicine, its own frequency, its own wisdom 💫
Now, as I move into Universal Energetics again—wow. So powerful✨🙌

They may each bring a different way of working, but they are all equally potent. And when they’re brought together… there really are no words 💫✨

Especially through my own healing journey, and in postpartum, it’s easy to forget the depth of this work when you’re not actively working on others, or when you’re not receiving yourself.

To be able to return to the work in this way, and to have these tools to support myself and others, is truly an honour.
It really is ✨💫🙌

Navigating your way through a storm and not a literal one, but an emotional storm ,can feel incredibly heavy. Emotional turmoil has a way of making everything feel intense and overwhelming. We all move through different seasons, but right now, for many, it feels especially huge.

The snake is shedding. We’re at the end of the zodiac year, and deep layers are being released ,old skins, old stories, old grief. If you’re in the thick of it right now, know this: brighter days are ahead. The horse is on its way. Forward movement is coming. I’m feeling this strongly.

I’ve been speaking with so many people lately, and the same themes keep coming up , deep grief, emotional heaviness, even feeling like you’re losing your mind. This is the collective energy right now. You are not broken. You are not alone.

We’re in the energy of the new moon, moving toward another full moon, and there’s a lot unfolding beneath the surface. Add mid-winter to that, and it’s no wonder everything feels slower, deeper, more tender.

So take it easy. Be gentle. Go slow. Rest where you can. This is not forever. The storm is passing. Hold on ,the zodiac new year is almost here, and with it, a fresh beginning 🤍
