I have been involved in sport since from a young age playing many team sports and I quickly progressed onto weight lifting and running. In my early twenties I gained my HND in Leisure Management and I became a lifeguard and fitness professional for ten years accruing various fitness and athletic qualifications along the way. I then began developing my skills as a physical sports therapist and studied for three years until I achieved my Level 5 Sports Massage Qualification. Through CPD training I qualified in the Body Master method with world renowned author and Oesteopathic Therapist John Gibbons. More recently I have qualified as a Level 4 Dry Needling Specialist and I am only 1 of 6 people on this Island north and South with a level 4 diploma.
