We’re delighted to bring our Pilates to The Space, Ebrinton — a beautiful new home for mindful movement with like minded facilitators.
Our first class begins Monday 10th November, 6–7pm. Connect, strengthen, and restore in this inspiring new setting as we flow together into a new chapter.
This fun and uplifting class is open to everyone — whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

Sauna Sundays ☀️

Max and Luna got their big beach walk at Rossnowlagh 🐾 before we hit our weekly sauna & dip — extra hot today 🔥🔥🔥 (just how we like it!)

Chris made his new warming lentil soup, and we sipped homemade chai in nature.

Totally recharged for the week ahead 🌿✨

Join Calm_Yoga_Derry and Tyrell Black for an immersive evening of sound and stillness as we honour the energy of the New Moon. Surrender to the healing vibrations of planetary gongs, crystal bowls, didgeridoo, djembe drums, sitar, and flute — guiding you into deep relaxation and alignment with your inner desires, transcend into serenity with songs by Tyrell.
All equipment provided — mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows — so you can simply rest, receive, and rejuvenate.
