✨Down Dog lets you choose how long you want a session and what style, so you can do a gentle restorative 10 mins or a more challenging hour. It varies the sequence each time and gives audio help which you can turn on or off alongside the music.

Sometimes we do not realise how tightly strained our muscles are until they are massaged until relaxed. Our bodies mirror our minds and emotions - busy work life and family commitments often taking a toll as we help others. Helping yourself is not a luxury or indulgence when it makes you more calm and grounded for everyone else.
