Today I rolled out my yoga mat. I mostly sat on my mat. I sat on my mat with wellies on, filled with gratitude.

I opened my heart and I know healing is happening 💜

It’s been a crazy and very scary few weeks but grateful now to be coming out the other side of this chapter…so blessed to have incredible family, friends and work colleagues that have really been there for me…looking forward now to getting back to some sense of normality.

I have been diagnosed with a heart condition that is not life threatening but difficult to diagnose and difficult to treat. Hopefully on this new medication I’ll be back at my meditation very very soon.

For now but hopefully not forever:
No headstands.
No caffeine.
No alcohol.
No driving.

I can live without the last three but struggling with the no headstands 🫣

I hope to be back at school, opening Soul Tribe Studio and playing at funerals very soon…I’ll keep the Soul Tribe posted on dates.

What a joy to watch the sunrise this morning. What an honour and privilege to play at several funerals over the last few days. Del and I know the sacred space we are holding and are grateful to be part of peoples final moments 💜

After a long time searching I’ve found my Spiritual home.
I’ve just spent a week in the Welsh mountains, in this magical place…..

There were days of silence, moments of utter joy, lots of laughter, profound spiritual teachings by incredible teachers and time spent with an absolutely beautiful group of people.

I feel so grateful 💜🦋

Soul Tribe you have been very much in my heart. Taking another few weeks to just be, but we’ll be back together soon 💕

Tonight I am overwhelmed with gratitude 💜

At the end of class, my yoga students told me I taught my first yoga class a year ago today….and they presented me with a cake (complete with candles), flowers and balloons. It was so incredibly special.

I was really nervous this time last year but wanted to share the very thing that changed my life….so I felt the fear and showed up anyway.

I am forever grateful to the gorgeous souls who have come to my classes over the past year and trusted me to guide them through their practice…..I learn so much from each and every one of you and it’s been my joy to practice with you.
I hope this is the first of many birthdays 💜🥰

One of the biggest joys is watching the connection between everyone in that wee studio. Someone said tonight, ‘Coming here is like coming home.’

I listened to the call of my Soul……at times it wasn’t an easy path, so often I wanted to give up. But With the guidance and support of my teachers, guides and fellow students, I didn’t….and this weekend I completed my Shamanic Practitioner Course.

Tonight I feel brave and connected and tired and happy and hopeful 💜

There is nothing like practicing outside, near the ocean….it can’t be read about, it needs to be experienced. Join me this Sunday morning for movement and stillness and maybe a wee dip ☺️

Another weekend of self care for me and I feel the deepest sense of calm, peace and love in every cell of my being…

Recently I’ve been dealing with some very strong triggers but I’ve moved through them gently, not reacting, but sitting with the discomfort. I faced the demons with love instead of fear and today I felt a shift…

This healing journey is really tough and really messy but also so very beautiful and real.

I am awake.
I am healing.
I am grateful.

Yoga and meditation will not ‘fix’ you.
You are not broken.
But it will take you on a very special journey within…it will guide you home.

Be brave, join the Tribe.
