When the world feels uncertain, our nervous system clings to instinctive survival mode (shoulders tight, breath shallow) and our mind is always perparing for what’s going to happen next.

Our Root Chakra is the energy centre that tell us we are safe, we belong, we are supported etc.

During a Metaphoric Reflexology treatment I gently work the Root Chakrareflex points in the heels and inner edge of the foot. This is the place where our bodies hold fear, instability, and feeling like you have to carry everything alone.
