I am an experienced and fully accredited CBT Therapist with the BABCP. I possess a strong background in supporting individuals to overcome a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and low self-esteem. My approach is structured, collaborative, and goal-focused. My aim is to support clients to develop practical tools and long-term strategies to manage challenges more effectively. I draw on evidence-based methods tailored to each individual, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. My aim is to empower clients to build resilience and achieve meaningful change. I work with adults offering both short-term focused interventions and longer-term therapy depending on individual needs. Sessions are available in-person and online. Start simple. Build it up.

These 4 exercises are all you need to get going 🏃‍♂️

How to use them 👇
• 2–3 sets each
• Low reps, high quality

Your spine is not fragile - despite what you may have been told.

Your spine is a strong, adaptable structure designed to tolerate load, movement and stress. Discs, joints, ligaments and muscles all work together to distribute forces - not fail under them 💪

Disc bulges and herniations are common, often seen in people without pain, and many improve or even reduce in size over time with conservative care. Pain does not automatically mean damage.

What often slows recovery isn’t movement - it’s fear of movement.

The right education, progressive loading and tailored rehab help build confidence, strength and long-term resilience.
