Our elves have been busy creating this end of year production as a small way of saying thank you to those who work behind the scenes to ensure our teams can show up every day, right across our business.
2025 has been a year of phenomenal growth, with new acquisitions and the launch of our new group identity, Tierco.
What began as a family business, Seating Matters, has grown into a group of companies across three divisions: Healthcare, Manufacturing and Investments.
Our Healthcare division includes Seating Matters, Posicare by Seating Matters Advanced Seating and A1 Risk Solutions while Sperrin Metal and Lean Made Simple make up our Manufacturing division.
But growth is not just about structure or scale, it is about people.
It is about the dedication, care and commitment that enables our teams to improve how healthcare is delivered and how manufacturing is done, sharing lean thinking and giving caregivers the means to care through better equipment and education.
