Hi everyone,

I have received a few inquiries about upcoming sound baths recently and I feel it’s time to provide a little life update.

Back in December 2025, I got hit by a really bad flu that then turned into a long term lower respiratory tract infection. Although, I am a lot better now, I’m still not quite there yet.

So, I’ve had to press pause on holding sound baths for the time being. As those of you who know me, this is a passion of mine and it’s been a difficult decision to have to make.

But as we know, the body keeps the score, and I have to listen and slow right down.

At this time, I’m not able to tell when I will be fully back to good health. But I do hope to be in a position to hold sounds baths again sometime later this year.

has a special place in my heart 💗

It’s where I first started as a sound therapy student, two years ago, holding sessions as part of my case studies.

Fast forward to now and I’m now professionally qualified and holding monthly sessions here.

Warm people. Warm place. Is all I have to say!

Each sound therapy session held in the studio seems to build on the good energy before and as soon as I walk in, I can feel it every time! And I always make sure to pop into the café afterwards ☕️

Join us this month for our monthly Sound: Relax session on Saturday 21st at 3pm-4pm at ✨

• Yoga mat
• Comfy clothes

Thank you everyone who was able to join us this morning for a lovely sound bath session at

You can tell how much I enjoy holding them by the big cheesy grin on my face 😆

Feedback that was received was that people felt so relaxed and had hours long naps afterwards lol.

For this session, I focused specifically on the deep relaxation aspect, creating a safe open space to allow for possibilities to open up and arise within your life. Your being and consciousness are able to attune to these vibrations and hold space for your inner ‘wholing’ journey (‘wholing’ wording coined by from our academy ).

We would love to see you at our next Sound: Relax sessions both held on Sat 21st Feb:

Yes, you come in, lie down and cocoon yourself with sound, but you’re not just a passive participant.

There is so much that goes on behind the scenes. You can literally shift into a different wave length which allows you to activate your “rest and digest” parasympathetic nervous system.

In this state you heart rate lowers, mind and body can relax, enabling you to enter into a therapeutic reparative process.

We are now at The Space Ebrington on a bi-monthly basis and continue to host our monthly sessions at Ethical Weigh

Our Sound: Relax sessions are for complete relaxation and our Sound:Reflect sessions go a little deeper and integrate a reflective technique, along with the theraputic sound, to maximise the therapautic effect. Each can be effective for overall wellbeing!
