3rd Anniversary

Seanie (Spud) MURPHY

In memory of a much loved Husband, Father, Granda and Great Granda, Seanie 'Spud' Murphy whose 3rd Anniversary occurs on 23rd February, 2026.

We sat beside your bedside,
Our hearts were crushed and sore;
We did our best to the end,
Til we could do no more.

In tears we watched you sinking,
We watched you fade away;
And though our hearts were breaking,
We knew you could not stay.

You left behind some aching hearts,
That loved you most sincere;
We never shall and never will,
Forget you Father dear.

St. Padre Pio pray for him.
Our Lady of Knock intercede for him.

Loved and missed beyond measure, Your loving wife Dolores, children Timothy, Michelle, Margaret, Seanie and families.

Anniversary Mass will be celebrated in St. Eugene's Cathedral on Monday 23rd February at 8:00 a.m. Everyone welcome.

Deirdre & Kevin

(3rd & 48th Anniversaries)

In loving memory of my dear wife Deirdre, mother and grandmother who died 21st February 2023 and our son Kevin, who died in infancy 4th September 1978.

Deirdre was the most caring,
genuine, lovable person,
Always there when needed,
a centre point of our family and irreplaceable,
A lady that was a privilege
to have spent a life with,
'Til we meet again,
Rest in peace,
God has you in his keeping,
We have you in our hearts.

Love you always, Peter.

Padre Pio, pray for her.

In loving memory of our mother, Deirdre, who died 21st February 2023.

Along the road of suffering,
You found a little lane,
That took you up to Heaven,
And ended all your pain.

Remembered everyday by her children and grandchildren, Declan and Tracy, Peter and Rachel, Sophie and Eva.

Third Anniversary of our dear sister-in-law Deirdre.

Sadly missed and never forgotten.

Forever in our hearts

🌹

Don’t weep at my grave, for I am not there,
I’ve a date with a butterfly to dance in the air.
I’ll be singing in the sunshine, wild and free,
playing tag with the wind, while I am waiting for thee.

🌹

Will those who think on Ann today, smile as you remember her in your own way.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT / MONTH'S MIND MASS

Rose (Roisin) McGOWAN

We, the family of the late Rose (Roisin) McGowan, wish to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported us during the recent loss of our dearly loved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Our sincere gratitude goes to Toni and all the staff at Sevenoaks for their unwavering support and the exceptional care given to Mum in her final months. We are deeply thankful to the carers who attended her at home and helped us in so many ways over the past few years, and to the many professionals who assisted with her care — Natasha Graham Social Work Team, Abbey Medical Practice, and the Hospital at Home Team — for the compassionate and dignified comfort they provided throughout her illness and in her final days.

We extend our thanks to Fr Mongan for visiting Mum in Sevenoaks and for the beautiful and personal Funeral Mass celebrated in her beloved Longtower Chapel. Our appreciation also goes to Bradley & McLaughlin for their professionalism, dignity, and guidance during this difficult time.

To our extended family, friends, neighbours and all who visited Mum, attended the wake or funeral, sent Mass cards, flowers, food, or messages of sympathy — thank you. Your kindness and support meant more to us than we can express. It is impossible to thank everyone individually, so please accept this acknowledgement as a sincere token of our gratitude for being there for us.

Please continue to keep Mum in your prayers.

A Remembrance Mass will be celebrated in Longtower Church on Sunday 22nd February at 12 noon. Everyone is welcome.

May Roisin rest in eternal peace with her beloved Eddie.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.
Our Lady of Knock, pray for her.
