📣FREE YOGA CLASS!📣

Would you like to come to Sedgeford Hall Estate next Thursday (the 16th October) between 1-2pm for a free class?

This is to try out their beautiful conservatory space and the class will be photographed/videoed for use on their social media.

I am really enjoying running classes for MIND again. 🧘‍♂️

If you would like to join us we are at

📍Freebridge Housing, Neville Court in Heacham
⏰Monday morning from 11-12pm.

These classes are available to all and are completely FREE to attend.

We do a mix of chair yoga, gentle seated or standing exercises and on Monday 6 October we will be adding in one line dance to the session, which again can be seated or standing.
Exercise really is fun!

I absolutely love this! ❤️

I don’t teach handstands, perfect alignment or try to achieve a ‘yoga body’.

We are all unique and that’s what I do focus on. A gentle, positive approach, lots of encouragement and giggles along the way…

We worked on strength and balance today.

Both ladies were surprised at how much they have improved in just a few weeks.
