Fun Facts of Chronic Illness: no.327(😂)
So another fun fact of having Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) is this :
“Feeling that your whole body is cold, particularly at a specific time, is a recognized symptom of chronic Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). As CRPS progresses, temperature dysregulation can affect the entire autonomic nervous system, leading to widespread cold sensations, especially in the afternoon or evening when the body is fatigued”.
And for me that time is usually around 4pm everyday. So if you see me ‘flagging’ or feeling/looking tired/out of sorts around 4pm, this is why.
So today I’m sat with Smudge, by the radiator in the sun ☀️
(P.s Smudge would like to stress that this is a close up of her and not necessarily her best side 🤣)💜xx
