🤩 This weekend I am on a Breath-Body-Mind™ Fundamentals course.
👍🏼 BBM focuses on restorative breathing and movement practices.
😊 I’ll be learning more about the importance and value of breathing practices, movement, self-regulation, and co-regulation.

🤩 it goes without saying that this weekend, as a 12 hour course, is just the start of learning about these techniques and considering how they may link with the yoga I already offer. I’m also hopeful they will be helpful to me in my everyday life and may include some techniques I can share with teaching colleagues in schools and nurseries…. Let’s be honest, most of us could do with more techniques to help us feel better in our day to day lives.
🤩 One of the main reasons I chose this course is also that everything is linked to research and data…. We have a zoom link-up to a professor in America to give us a lecture about it this afternoon.
