As we welcome the New Year, we wanted to take a moment to speak directly from the heart.
For those who may not know us personally, we are Kevin and Leanne, founders of KL And Sons Building Services Ltd and KL And Son Building Maintenance Ltd. We operate as a true family business, alongside our two sons Luke and Rikky, our daughters Lauryn and Kaylee, and a team who have become family to us over the years, Liam, Jason, Gary, and Daniel. Each person plays an important role, and together we are incredibly proud of what we continue to build.
We want to personally thank every single person who has recommended us, trusted us with their projects, used our services, left reviews, or simply supported us along the way. Your belief in us has allowed us not only to grow as a business, but to grow as people. Because of your support, we have been able to invest time, care, and opportunity into helping our team build confidence, develop skills, and expand their knowledge year after year.
At the heart of what we do is more than bricks, mortar, and maintenance. It is about listening, understanding, and bringing your visions to life. Whether it is a small repair, ongoing maintenance, or a larger transformation, we are genuinely grateful for every opportunity to help turn ideas into reality and dreams into finished spaces. No job is ever too small to matter to us, because each project represents trust, and that is something we never take lightly.
As a small, family-run business, being able to continue doing what we love while supporting our team and our families is something we are deeply thankful for. We do not take any of it for granted.
