From the 10th November you can find me at Blacklands Health Club in Calne bringing you two weekly yoga sessions.

Mondays at 10:15 will be a Slow Flow - join this class for a soulful stretch to calm and bring balance.

Wednesdays 19:15 Vinyasa Flow - join this class for an uplifting, mindful movement practice to awaken body and mind.

During this time you will not be able to pay via card on the day so please bring cash or book online :)

Last class of 2024 tomorrow!

Monday 6pm Vinyasa Flow 🤸‍♀️

Thank you for a wonderful year of classes. I honestly had no idea how this year would look after welcoming my little man into the world in the Spring but coming back to teaching yoga in the summer and seeing you all in classes has been a wonderful part of my year. Thank you for all the smiles, laughter and energy you all bring!

More of the same in 2025 and im sure a few old classes from pre-baby will be making a come back tooo. 😃🦋
