Wiltshire Wellbeing Psychotherapy, Reiki Therapy sessions are either indoors or outside in my lovely garden or fields. (All sessions current Government guidelines permitting)

Nature is a wonderful healer, and interaction with what is around us adds something special. Outdoor facilities, for equine-assisted therapy, with my lovely horses. As a teacher with FLexercise, I offer exercise for mental health and well-being, tailored to individual requirements. I also offer on-line counselling, mindful meditation and exercise sessions.

NHS demand for mental health support continues to rise. Yet thousands of qualified counsellors and psychotherapists remain underused.

In our response on the refreshed 10-Year Workforce Plan, we highlighted a striking gap - only 6% of our members currently work in the NHS, despite 66% expressing a desire to do so.

The Government need to make better use of this workforce to expand access and improve patient care.
