Wiltshire Wellbeing Psychotherapy, Reiki Therapy sessions are either indoors or outside in my lovely garden or fields. (All sessions current Government guidelines permitting)

Nature is a wonderful healer, and interaction with what is around us adds something special. Outdoor facilities, for equine-assisted therapy, with my lovely horses. As a teacher with FLexercise, I offer exercise for mental health and well-being, tailored to individual requirements. I also offer on-line counselling, mindful meditation and exercise sessions.

What is relaxation? Why is it good for me? How do I relax? We can relax when we feel safe, and able to let go of our fears, our worries. Relaxation is essential- without the ability to relax, we live in a permanent state of anxiety, you have need to 'keep busy'.

With depression, you may have been feeling lonely or withdrawn for a while, and not been able to 'snap out of it'. Daily life becomes a chore, and simple things become a challenge. It may be difficult to socialise, and things that you enjoy doing lose their appeal.
