Sooooo my first experience of fusing metal has occurred …. This is a special gift as it’s for my mum for her 70th birthday!! I started out with 7 rings each one to represent a decade of awesomeness…. Fusing is a skill maybe I should have perfected before attempting a special gift but it’s turned out quite magically ❤️ all the circles blended and took on their own formations … quite symbolic of life I feel ❤️ the central heart came from off cuts from the original design, this piece is symbolic of love and the paths that are not always how we imagine them ❤️❤️❤️

My idea has worked 🎉🎉🎉🎉 this just a prototype my mind is now buzzing with different structural ideas 💡 💡💡 looking forward to bringing more woodland creatures into life and light ❤️❤️❤️

Came home from work and got straight in the shed, so many other domestic duties I should be doing but my soul needed to be in the shed ❤️I was playing round with more of my silver scraps and thought I’m gonna try and do a bezel setting ( I’m not very good at them) but today had some success 😁 solder gods were with me 🙏 I was going to cut a perfect circle surround around the bezel but instead went for an ancient surround vibe, this ring reminds of an ancient ring that has survived centuries and has been brought back to life for its next wearer so it can share its wisdom on that souls journey ❤️ its imperfections make it perfect ❤️ it’s made using sterling silver and black onyxSize OBlack Onyx is a good stone to have around during times of mental or physical stress or bereavement, as it provides strength and support during difficult circumstances.Black Onyx is a soothing stone said to help alleviate fears and worries and to help you to feel comfortable within yourself and in your surroundings. Will be listing in my Etsy shop this evening 😁 £11 each Will be posting the pics of the others over the next few days!!

I had one little oak leaf left that I had turned into links for a bracelet and a thick textured wide ring band that I made when practicing making wide rings and thought oooh an oak ring 💡experiment 😁 I have to say I love it, now to make another minus the holes on the leaf!! Willow is refusing to let me sit down…. Threatening me with her death stare 😂😂😂 stand I will then!!
