✨ Stop. Just for a Minute. ✨
The school holidays, a season of laughter, chaos, sticky fingers, endless snacks, constant questions, and little feet running everywhere. It’s joyful, yes… but it can also be noisy, demanding, and a little overwhelming.
Right now, before you scroll on… pause.
Place both feet on the floor. Or sit comfortably
Gently close your eyes (if you can).
Take a deep breath in through your nose…
…hold it for a moment…
…and slowly let it out through your mouth.
Feel your shoulders drop.
Notice the space around you.
Let the chatter, the lists, and the to-dos sit quietly in the corner for just *one minute*.
