Work, children, organising the social calendar, tiredness, stress and worry.
All these plates you spin, quietly push your limits. Then there is more to do. No wonder connection is last on your list. it isnt because you don't want it. There is just nothing left in your tank to give to your partner.
Heartbreaking, truley hearbreaking. And yet this is the part I want you to hear today.
You are not failing, you are exhausted. Most couples I meet are not broken. They are depleted.
