Tell the Bees and bloom Supporting your grieving journey with creative grief coaching and artworks in honour of a loved one

Feeling like mismatched Tupperware cluttering a cupboard…

When grief hits, our minds and hearts can feel like a jumble of broken, mismatched pieces—scattered, disordered, and hard to organise.

It’s okay to feel fragmented. It’s okay to not have everything sorted right now.

Remember, even in disarray, there is space for healing and new beginnings.

Take your time. Piece yourself back together, one moment at a time.

And if at the end of the hardest part of the journey you need to remove something that no longer fits, don't be scared to throw it away.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Baby Loss Awareness week.

By sharing , fundraising, donating and talking about baby loss you have supported families that have gone through the hardship of baby loss.

I am going to keep my baby loss artwork up on my site and any sales throughout the rest of the year until the next baby awareness week in 2026 will go to Sands!

Together, we can make a difference and keep making a difference. 💙🩷🐝

I'm feeling very honoured to share that I’ve started a fundraiser for Baby Loss Awareness Week by selling my artwork. Every piece sold helps support families affected by baby loss and raises awareness. Your support means so much—whether through purchasing art or sharing this post.

Let’s make a difference together. 🐝🩵🩷

Sometimes, I feel like an incomplete item—missing a piece that once made me whole.

The loss of loved ones leaves a void that no words can fully express. Their absence echoes in quiet moments, reminding me that healing is a journey, not a destination.

But even in with a space now in my life, I hold onto their memories, knowing that love never truly leaves us. It transforms, lingers, and gradually helps fill the gaps.

To anyone feeling the same—you're not alone. Take it one day at a time. Healing begins with remembering that after every loss, there's a chance to find new pieces of ourselves. ✨

If you want a beautiful reminder of your loved one, I can help create a beautiful artwork based on their memory. Head over to my Ko-fi page and order your commission

🌿 My Grief Journey: A Visual Map 🌿

Healing isn’t a straight line, and my journey through grief has been a winding path filled with ups and downs. Using this prompt you can explore:

✨ Moments of Pain:
The raw, overwhelming feelings that hit unexpectedly—those deep valleys where you felt lost and broken. How can you represent this that feels right for you?

🌅 Moments of Acceptance:
The gradual realisation that grief is part of healing—finding peace in acknowledging feelings and allowing myself to grieve.

🌈 Moments of Hope:
Small glimmers of light—hope emerging from within, reminding me that healing is possible and life continues.

🌱 Moments of Growth:
The transformation—learning, evolving, and discovering strength I didn’t know I had.

What other moments have come up for you? This journey isn’t linear, and every step has been vital. To anyone walking a similar path—know that grief is a process, and growth can bloom even in the darkest moments. 💙
