At 6:00 AM, the world is quiet. Your brain isn’t even awake enough to make excuses yet.

Sundays are usually spent planning the week ahead.

Meals, work, kids, life. But how often do you plan for you?

Usually, ā€œgetting fitā€ stays on the to-do list as a vague idea. That’s why it never happens.

In my Group PT blocks, we take the guesswork away.

You show up to a private gym, you follow a professional plan, and you get the coaching you need to actually see progress—all while training with a small, supportive team of women.

The next block starts one week from tomorrow. These are the FINAL spots before we close the doors until after Easter:

• Mon 7pm: 1 Space (Starts Feb 23rd)
• Tue 7pm: 2 Spaces

Welcome to Real PT – My name is Adele and I am a 36 year old qualified personal trainer and online fitness & lifestyle coach. I am also a wife and mother to 2 children aged 9 and 6.

My mission is simple: to help as many women whatever stage of life they are at to meet their health & fitness goals and to help them achieve the body they have always desired.
