Reflexology is an ancient, non intrusive method of healing which can be applied to modern ills. It is both relaxing and effective and can be beneficial for countless health problems such as menstrual problems, stress related issues, joint aches, arthritis, acne, digestive disorders and so much more I am based in South Oxfordshire and have been interested in this wonderful therapy for over 20 years.
