New workshop running this Mother's Day for Mums and their teens/tweens.
Open to tweens and teens from 10-17 that are able to help create a calm environment for everyone to enjoy.
The workshop will include our usual physical yoga practice, breathing exercises and relaxation but with an added creative element using arts materials.
