Our residents and their families had a fantastic time meeting all sorts of insects and reptiles. The “oohs” and “aahs” when Banana the snake made an appearance were priceless! We were all captivated by the fun facts about each animal—and even more excited to have the chance to touch them!

Today is our turn in the Advent Window Calendar!
Each day throughout December, a different OSJCT home in our region unveils a decorated window to spread a little Christmas magic across our community.

For Day 4, we chose to celebrate the themes of joy, hope, peace, and love — values that mean so much to us here at The Meadows. They guide everything we do for the wellbeing of our residents and the wonderful staff who support them, especially at this special time of year.

Our window was created to bring these sentiments to life… with a few familiar faces added in for extra festive cheer! 🎄❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Coffee Morning today! ☕

We’re especially grateful to the Mayor of Didcot, Cllr Jim Loder, and the Vicar of All Saints Church, Andy Lord, for attending and showing their support. It was a lovely morning with lots of tasty cakes.
