Our Easter raffle & egg hunt was a success! 😁

We couldn't have raised more than £350 without the amazing generosity of local businesses and families. A big shout out to Didcot Tesco, Rowse Honey, Didcot Coronet Bingo, Cornerstone & Vauxhall Barracks for the donations towards our raffle prizes.

Also a mention to The Mayor of Didcot, Cllr Jim Loder who joined us in drawing the winning tickets. It is always a joy to have you with us- thank you!

🐰 Easter bonnet making 🐣

Our residents had a wonderful time getting creative and crafting their very own Easter bonnets. It was such a lovely morning filled with laughter, colour, and imagination!

💙 Out in the Community – The Meadows 💙

The team at The Meadows have been out in the community chatting with local residents about our upcoming Didcot Community Care Fair.

It’s been great to connect with people and share more about this event, which has been organised by OSJCT to support the local community.

Thank you Companions of the Order of Malta 😇

Our residents received lovely spring postcards that they were thrilled to open and read! Each postcard featured an image of different locations around London, which we enjoyed identifying!

🥯 Chelsea bun baking 😋

Residents enjoyed an afternoon of baking. Taking it in turns mixing, rolling and cracking eggs. The result... Very delicious buns that disappeared quickly!

We had a wonderful time celebrating St Patrick’s Day with some creative fun and a few tasty treats! 🍀

Our residents enjoyed making their own shamrock bunting, getting creative with colouring and collage. In the afternoon, we indulged in some delicious shamrock shortbread and baby Guinness', which went down a storm!

We had a wonderfully messy and fun morning in collaboration with Wild Oxfordshire! 🌿✨

We created mini tepees for battery-powered tealights, and the results were fantastic. They look beautiful in the daylight, and we’re sure they’ll look even more magical when they glow in the dark. 🕯️

🌼Resident's enjoyed Mothers Day themed activities this week! 🌷

We made a delicious carrot cake, created a large scale bouquet of flowers dedicated to some very special ladies & enjoyed reminiscing about our mother's & those dear to us.
