This spring, I’m opening a small number of spaces for founding members of my Gentle Flow Reiki Membership.

Created for women moving through grief, change, overwhelm or simply longing for steady support. This is a calm place to land each month.

For £48 per month (rolling), you’ll receive:
• One private 45-minute Reiki session
• Priority booking
• Exclusive member reflections and gentle guidance between sessions
With optional private woodland mindfulness sessions for deeper grounding.

Founding members will be the first to shape and grow this gentle circle with me. Spaces will remain intentionally limited to keep it personal and supportive.

Sometimes you just need a safe, quiet space to rest.

I'm Melita an experienced intuitive Reiki Master here in the UK. Who offers gentle, non-invasive sessions that supports deep relaxation and helps bring calm to your nervous system.

Within each session, you'll remain fully clothed throughout, and cocooned with bolster cushions, pillows, warmth and soft blanket coverings. I use curated music to deepen your experience, with specific brain wave frequencies, along with essential oil candles. Handmade linen eye pillows, (optional crystals) , as well as breathwork at the beginning allowing us to set the intention of our session together.

My sessions can be received alongside everyday life and medical care. On their own or blended with other modalities of gentle body work, scalp acupressure, and more, to aid your overall wellbeing.

My role is simply to hold a calm, supportive space, allowing you time to soften, rest, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.

The first of 2026! and what a beautiful way to enter this year, with something physical, slow paced, tactile, sensory and soothing.

I hope you'll enjoy the read, as well as the project that I am bringing to the world.

We all need those steady reminders , and I feel these notes will soon be travelling the world, landing on people's doorsteps filled with joy & love. Bringing light to the corners of tender hearts.

Please share, and pass this onto anyone who you think may benefit from receiving a seasonal note.

S O M E T H I N G / B E A U T I F U L /

The listening letter is finally here.
A place to write honestly, privately, and without needing to explain or soften your words.
Your letter is read with care, held in confidence, and met with presence.

It began because I felt the calling to keep the art of old fashioned correspondence alive.

To help people who are feeling the disconnect as we become more entrenched with our digital world.

To make sense of what's real and what isn't.

I wanted to create a safe confidential space for those of you who perhaps find it hard to vocalise your thoughts. For those who prefer to write their stories, feelings and thoughts down on paper. Allowing them to flow.

There's no rush with my letters. No instant fix. These are slow, gently held moments. See them as a soft breathing through the seasons.

Something physical to hold. Words to return to again and again.

Connecting with the tactile sensation of ripping open an envelope. The anticipation of its arrival. Seeing the different stamps. The joy of taking time to sit with paper.

My Listening letters are open to everybody in the UK and around the world. I do hope that you'll find it brings a story to life from your thoughts and feelings.

There will also be the OPTION coming soon to choose my monthly 'Seasonal Listening Note' package too. Either 6 months or a year. Each month will bring something seasonal and photographic taken by me with a hand written note.

C R E A T E / 2 0 2 6 / W I T H / I N T E N T I O N

This is a lovely New year ritual that is so simple and easy to do. You can use any paper that you may have lying around, even a napkin!

You could do a monthly note, or a weekly note. There is no right way. Just go with what feels good for you.

Take your small piece of paper and write any thoughts, intentions, ideas or things that bring you joy.

Roll it into a tube and label the outside. Either numbers or months, weeks.

Tie a piece of string or ribbon around it with enough length to hang it somewhere.

Find a twig or small fallen branch from your garden or nearby walk to hang your notes from.

Tie your bundled notes onto it, and place it somewhere to remind you of all the wonderful thoughts, ideas, prayers or opportunities that you wish to happen in 2026.

I wish each of you a peaceful and beautiful year ahead.

A year of personal and business moments that brought me joy. Experiences that connected me to our wider human collective.

The beauty of seasons and nature. Cultural and home. Books that inspired, and artists whose creativity had me jumping and pumping. Slow moments and gentle nourishment. Cycle rides and deep dives.

A backdrop to the challenges of a body in recovery. Learning patience, kindness and understanding along the way. Navigating the grief and those facing their own.

Ending the year with my new offerings in place, ready to welcome you in for a steady and calm beginning to the new year.

Until then, I am sending you light filled with so much love. Wrapping a blanket of protection around your shoulders. I want you to know that despite the trends, the comparison, the do's and don'ts. The uncertainty, the doubts. That there is hope, there is light, there is a way forward. May tomorrow's dawn meet you where you are at in a friendly hug that says "you've got this ".

From my heart to yours. I just wanted to pop a little note to say how grateful I have been in what has been a mixed year for us all.
Each like, comment, message and follow has been like a glitter sparkle of dust. Settling down amongst my feed and pages to remind me of the light we all have within us.

To my clients who take the time out of busy schedules to visit me and the cabin. Who honour their wellbeing through sessions and treatments. Thank you. For not only supporting yourself but in turn you support me so that I can continue to support you and others.

May this festive break see you finding moments to rest, recharge and relax. Be it short neighbourhood strolls or a favourite drink by the window of home. Gatherings or solo, may whatever you seek be placed gently at your door.

Painting With Intention and Energy
In her studio, surrounded by crystals, incense, flower essences and a 528 Hz tuning fork (the vibration of love), Lisa works slowly and intentionally, building each painting layer by layer using high-frequency pure pigment paints.

Colour becomes emotion. Emotion becomes energy.

Energy becomes a Portal: a way to reconnect with what feels good, expansive and true.

Every brushstroke carries an intention: love, peace, clarity, joy, strength. These intentions live within the artwork and radiate outward into the home.

I just wanted to share how grateful and humbled I have been this past year to witness, share and hold space for so many beautiful souls who were seeking a re- connection back to their inner light.

To cast a flicker into corners that had lain cloaked in darkness. To facilitate a journey into something that has lifted them up, out and into the light of their true purpose. Setting a pathway that had once been lost to them.

Equally for the power of touch and how it aids the nervous system into a deeper relaxed state.

For the trust and care you placed in my hands.

For the courage to show up exactly as you are, so that myself and the cabin in the garden could be your safe sanctuary. A quiet nature immersed place to gather thoughts, and nourish a weary heart and mind.

My hibernation away from work begins now until we step into the freshness of January 2026. In the meantime there's some gentle words still falling via my newsletter with soft new projects to ensure a steady and calm start to the new year.
