we all flourish for the better. When we see light, sun light, fire light, candle light. There's a shift in our energy, our mood.
Working with universal energy through Reiki allows me to tap into the abundance of pure vibrational light that filters through to meet yours.
If have ever watched a flower unfold and turn towards the sun, or a bird fanning its wings or a reptile basking on the rock. Warmth, light and energy allows you to open up to a natural power bank.
Each session with me facilitates this energy within you to charge again, to boost, to bring balance and overall harmony. Like a battery you can become depleted over time. Crisis hits. Grief suddenly appears. Work becomes too much. Colds become more frequent, and the emotional weight starts to drag and pull.
Reiki with me sees you gently held throughout. Cocooned in layers, propped by soft cushions, anchored by the energy. You drift into a soft meditative state, yet are fully aware.
Each session is unique to you. The intention is pure just for you.
It is something you experience to fully understand.

"Today I had my very first Reiki session with Mel she was so kind, caring and gentle, during the treatment I felt extreme sadness followed by peace and warmth . After getting home I sat still for a while and its the first afternoon in a long time I have not wanted to crawl into bed I have spent sometime in the sunshine and planted some daffodil bulbs which will remind of today, I am really looking forward to my next session.
