🤍 Update from the team

Hello Didsbury,

As some of you will already know, Jo was taken ill last week and is currently receiving the very best care in hospital following an aneurysm. She is doing well, and her progress already is extremely encouraging. We’re incredibly grateful to the medical team looking after her.

Jo has built the business to run seamlessly in her absence (as anyone familiar with her holiday habits will know), and the team here continues to operate as normal. While her recovery will take time, our clinics, care and customer service remain exactly as you expect - calm, professional and uncompromising on quality.

Your support and kind messages mean a great deal to Jo, her family and the team here - thank you for those already received.

We’ll share updates when we can. In the meantime, it’s very much 'the show will go on' here at Jo Padmore Eyewear. So let's do her proud...keep booking, keep popping in, enjoy your new glasses - keep us busy Didsbury! Your continued support truly matters.

As we reach the beginning of a new year, we just wanted to pause and say a huge Thank You.

Thank you for choosing us, supporting an independent practice, popping in for a chat, trusting us with your eye care, and being part of our lovely community. We genuinely couldn’t do what we do without you.

We’ll be ready and waiting to welcome you back in-store.

This year has brought some exciting changes and new faces. We’ve welcomed Lisa, our brilliant new Practice Manager, who has brought so much care, calm and expertise to the practice. We’ve also loved having Nadia join the team – already a firm favourite with many of you. And of course… there’s Rolf the Cow, bringing a little fun, curiosity and plenty of smiles along the way.

Behind the scenes, we’ve also been working hard on something we’re incredibly proud of. Over the past few weeks, we’ve put an enormous amount of time and effort into enhancing our Future Vision Eyecare plan to bring our contact lens pricing more in line with online competitors than ever before, while also enhancing an eye care plan that’s even more packed with value. 🎄✨A little festive reminder, and a treat here waiting for you

As we head into the festive season, we wanted to give you a quick (and friendly!) nudge… and an invitation.

👉We’ll be closed from 23rd December (5:30pm) through to 2nd January (9am), so if your eyes have been feeling a bit strained, blurry, dry or you’re just overdue a check-up, now’s the moment to book in.

The diary is filling up quickly and we’d hate for you to be left without a slot before we break for Christmas.

And because we like to start the festive month with cosy vibes only…
