Hello, I’m Mary.

I’ve been a therapist for almost 30 years; first training as a Beauty Therapist back in the early 90’s. Whilst I’ve always loved my work, over time life has gently guided me towards Holistic Therapies.

I know how stressful life can be and I believe it’s vital to care for yourself- Body, Mind and Spirit.

I am currently the Head Therapist at a Spa Resort Hotel, but I’m excited to find my journey is following a new path.
