Aromatherapy in massage is more than just a pleasant scent — it’s a therapeutic element that brings depth to the treatment.

As a Swedish massage therapist, I work exclusively with doTERRA essential oils, known for their purity and effectiveness.
Sometimes I use their expertly crafted blends. Other times, I create my own — mixing essential oils with nourishing carriers like sweet almond or coconut oil, depending on what each client’s body and mind need in that moment.

Aromatherapy can gently ease muscular tension, calm the nervous system, and support emotional balance — allowing the body to relax more deeply and recover more fully.
When scent meets intentional touch, the results can be both grounding and restorative.

Although I’m just starting my journey with massage therapy, I’m already lucky to be working with such an amazing place like Newhall Mains.
I provide massages directly in guests’ rooms — in a comfortable setting, focusing on relaxation, recovery, and well-being.

This is just the beginning of my journey — and I couldn’t have asked for a better start!
