✨️Reiki✨️the start of a different journey✨️Reiki is a "hands off" yet powerful healing complementary therapy. People often feel "lighter" afterwards; more balanced, less anxious and with improved physical symptoms such as pain relief.

Thank you to Pauline at for the start of our reiki training!

I'm not sure yet if I'll offer Reiki as a treatment at Rebalance but I'm going to continue with my training to see where this path takes me.💛 Everything I have learnt so far will shape my practice and approach regardless.

I have quite a few plans for Rebalance this year so stay tuned 🌀
