Sadly, after a training walk on Saturday morning I had a small injury ...tore my calf muscle, I know, I'd done a good warm up, I'd been walking 5 miles already, it was just bad luck ....
So the walk is postponed. Thank you for all your support, I'll be back on track again soon.....
