I have been practicing Reflexology since 1999 and have a passion for what I do. A couple of years later I studied Indian head massage and Hopi ear candling . Reflexology may help with many conditions such as hormonal issues , joint pain and more serious conditions. Since lockdown many of us struggle with pain ,sleeping , stress , mental health and feeling unable to cope . Booking a course of reflexology could change this for the better .
