The first is complete!
I feel privileged to have been asked to be a part of this adventure! Working with friends old and new, to build something incredibly special.
your idea truly came to life! Creating an environment to give people the confidence to explore this beautiful country we live in, to allow people to feel safe, to be inspired, to learn new skills, and push comfort zones.
We travelled to Llanberis, hiked trails, climbed mountains, paddle boarded, discovered hidden waterfalls and all came away learning new things about ourselves.
The takeaway from this weekend for me, was connection…
Bringing people together, witnessing friendships being formed, and unwavering support between everyone for the new challenges faced both physically and emotionally. It was beautiful to watch, and to be a part of.

This beautiful snug was a lovely distraction to this deep stretch I’m trying to relax into…
This looks like it should be super comfortable. IT IS NOT.
I’m trying to correct some of the growing imbalances in my body and sitting this way around is both unfamiliar and scary to me. I sit right side down all the time, but left side down… 🤯.
When I try to relax into these positions I feel anxious about “getting stuck” which is painful. But the general day to day pain is horrible if I let it stiffen up… So, finding a place to read (distraction), in front of a beautiful fire (distraction), while I’m doing something I would already be doing (habit stacking), is a great way to relax further into this move. The arms of the chair were also great to help me lift and ease my way out of it!🙌
Do you have anxiety about certain exercises? If so, how do you overcome it?
