Today is International Day of Happiness! ☺️ A United Nations-designated day that aims to promote happiness as a fundamental human goal, and calls on governments and international organisations to invest in conditions that support happiness, well-being and human rights.

The theme this year is ‘Caring and Sharing’. For a bit of fun, we asked some of our team to share which of our blends give them a little happiness boost and why. Here’s what they said…

Nature’s maracas! 🪇

We stumbled across this beautiful poppy head on our way into the office and couldn’t resist giving it a little shake. Inside are dozens of tiny seeds, all rattling around in their own natural percussion chamber.

Just one of the many little natural gifts we get here on the farm, and a small reminder that even the quiet corners of a path or hedgerow have their own soundtrack if you stop long enough to listen.
